Purchase terms

These terms cover buying Full Analysis credits on Babynamed. They are part of our Terms of use.
Who sells the credits
Credits are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for Babynamed. The legal entity is Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC). Your purchase is a contract between you and Lemon Squeezy under its buyer terms. Babynamed, run by SADIK SEFA ASLAN (see our Terms of use), provides the service that the credits unlock. On your bank or card statement the charge appears as “LEMSQZY*” followed by the store name, or as Lemon Squeezy LLC.
What a credit is
One credit pays for one Full Analysis of one name. Credits belong to your Babynamed account; you need an account, opened with Google or X, to buy them. They are not shared with your partner, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for money. They can only be spent inside Babynamed. Credits do not expire.
Prices and tax
The packages are 3 credits for $4.99, 10 credits for $11.99 and 25 credits for $19.99, in US dollars. Lemon Squeezy calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT due where you are. The price you pay is the total shown before you confirm the payment. Your invoice or receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy by email.
One-time payment
Each purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge.
Delivery
Credits are added to your account as soon as Lemon Squeezy confirms your payment to our server. You can then return to Babynamed and start a Full Analysis right away. If your credits do not appear, email support@babynamed.com with your Lemon Squeezy order number.
Your right to cancel
Credits are digital content delivered immediately. Before you pay, you tick a box confirming that you want the credits added right away and that you understand your right to cancel ends the moment they are added. You cannot continue to payment without ticking the box. Once the credits are added, you cannot cancel the purchase; the refund rules below apply instead.
Refunds
As a rule, credit purchases are not refunded. We do refund a double payment or a payment taken by mistake: email support@babynamed.com with your order number. If a Full Analysis cannot be prepared because of an error on our side or at a provider, the credit is returned to your balance automatically; you do not need to ask. Lemon Squeezy may also refund a purchase under its own terms; it decides case by case and can refund on its own initiative within 60 days of the purchase. When a purchase is refunded, we remove credits from your unused balance, up to the number of credits that purchase added; credits you have already spent are not taken back, and your balance does not go below zero. This applies whether the refund is full or partial. If we cannot resolve a refund question, Lemon Squeezy’s help pages explain how to contact them.
Payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us or Lemon Squeezy before disputing it with your bank. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms ask you to contact Lemon Squeezy before you raise a chargeback or any other dispute with your bank or card issuer. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, we may remove the credits from that purchase.
Credits do not expire
Credits have no expiry date. If we ever shut Babynamed down, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and you can use your credits during that time; we make no promise of a refund for credits unused by then. If you delete your account, your remaining credits are deleted with it and are not refunded.
